Plot Summary
The movie is set in a typical little dusty village in India and focuses on the lives of two cousins that have a special bond growing up. As time goes on and their lives begin to change, this misunderstanding takes a toll on their relationship.

Harsh Roshan as Yadagiri (Giri) Yadagiri is a young boy with a passion for music. He is a school dropout from a village in Andhra and plays in a band. Sridevi Apalla as Raaji (Rajamma), Raaji is a book-smart, goal-oriented young woman who sets out to achieve her ambition of moving out of her village.
Sai Kumar as Raaji’s father, the legendary actor has an important role that leads to the family conflict that is the core of the story. Goparaju Vijay and Lakshman play significant supporting roles.
Sathish Javvaji both wrote and directed the film. He has previously worked with lead pair Harsh Roshan and Sridevi Apalla in Court, and Band Melam is their reunion under his direction.
Vijai Bulganin produced and composed the whole soundtrack. The music has been released by Aditya Music, one of the leading music labels from Telugu cinema. The Cinematography has been done by Satish Mutyala. The film has been edited by Siva Mupparaju. The production has been done by Mango Mass Media in association with Kona Venkat.
